1. Authorized operational use
The authentication service is intended only for personnel who are authorized to access the private L3 DC Template — WEST DEPOT. This public site provides information only and does not grant access.
2. Login-code responsibilities
A one-time code is confidential. You must not share, forward, publish, reuse, or request a code on behalf of an unauthorized person. If a code arrives unexpectedly, ignore it and report repeated unexpected requests through the established internal support process.
3. Prohibited activity
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, automate excessive requests, interfere with service availability, probe security controls, impersonate another user, or use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
4. Access and availability
Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked to protect operations, respond to misuse, perform maintenance, or comply with security requirements. The service may be unavailable temporarily and is provided only as an operational support tool.
5. External services
Email delivery, hosting, and abuse protection depend on Google and Cloudflare services. Their respective terms and policies also apply to their processing. The Gmail authorization is limited to sending authentication email and does not permit mailbox reading.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated when the authentication design, service providers, or security requirements change. The effective date on this page identifies the current version.
