What this service does
When an authorized user requests access to the private template, the service creates a six-digit code and sends it to one server-configured operational mailbox. Codes expire quickly and can be used only once.

L3 DC OTP Mailer is a dedicated email-delivery service for the private L3 DC Template. It sends a short-lived, one-time login code only to the configured L3 DC shared mailbox.

What it does not do
The Gmail integration cannot read messages, inspect contacts, access files, or choose a recipient supplied by a browser. This public information site contains no login form and collects no form submissions.

Why Google access is used
The dedicated sender authorizes the narrow gmail.send permission so the private mailer can deliver authentication codes. Google authorization is completed only by the dedicated sender account.
